The positive and beneficial contents of the social cultural thoughts should be absorbed during the course of spreading and education using socialist core value system to guide the cultural thoughts, to constantly strengthen the cohesion, intimacy and radiant emitance of socialist core value system, flourish and develop socialist culture.
