摘要
探讨了在高熔点泡沫铁制备过程中,采用超声波搅拌对泡沫铁产品结构性能的影响。采用SEM分析样品表面形态以及测试样品的抗拉强度等参数,论证了采用超声波搅拌能有效提升泡沫铁的结构致密性与抗拉强度,同时有效地分散了铁在泡沫基体表面的沉积,改善了金属沉积的均匀性。
The effects of ultrasonic stirring methods on the structure and performance of high melting point foam iron products during preparation were explored. It has been demonstrated by analyzing the surface morphology with SEM and testing the tensile strength, etc. of the samples that ultrasonic stirring can increase the structure compactness and tensile strength of foam iron, and can also effectively disperse iron on the surface of foam matrix, thus improving metal deposition uniformity.
