关于经济发展模式两个问题的反思——国际金融危机的启示

Reviewing Two Problems on the Model of Economic Development——Enliqhtenment of Global Financial Crisis

在扩大消费需求拉动经济增长的问题上,应明确:增加消费应成为我国经济发展恒定的根本目的和主要动力;美国式过度透支消费不可取;扩大消费需求的基础是改善广大人民的收入状况。关于实体经济与虚拟经济的关系问题,鉴于虚拟经济膨胀和过度的金融创新必然导致金融危机,必须以马克思关于现实资本与虚拟资本发展关系的理论为指导,坚持以下原则:虚拟经济的发展要以实体经济为基础;金融创新要适度;对金融资本图谋暴利的贪婪行为要加以节制。

It must be made clear that increasing the citizen＇s consumption should become the eternal, essential aim and the main motive force of the economic development of our country in the aspect of enlarging consumption and promoting the increase of ecomomy. American＇s great consumption is not desirable. The base of enlarging consumption is to improve the state of allocation of most peolple＇s income. As for the problem of the relationship betwenn substnce economy and subjunctive economy, in terms of the economic crisis inevitably caused by subjunctive economic inflation and over financial creation, based on Marx＇s theory on the recattionship bewteen substance capital and subjunctive capital development, we must addere to the following principles： subjunctive eenomic development should be based on substance economy; financial creation showld be moderate; seeking exobitant profits of financial capital should be controlled.
