摘要
在AZ 91D合金上化学镀Ni-P的镀液中添加CeO2,以获得Ni-P-CeO2复合镀层。实验结果表明:稀土的质量浓度增加可使镀层的沉积速率降低,CeO2的质量浓度为0.10 g/L时,效果最佳;热处理后镀层中形成了Mg17Ce2,Ni3P,Ce2Ni7新相;相对AZ 91D合金,Ni-P-CeO2镀层的耐磨性提高了25.78倍,耐盐腐蚀提高了8.26倍,耐酸腐蚀提高了12.79倍。
CeO2 particles were added to electroless Ni-P bath for AZ 91D alloy to obtain Ni-P-CeO2 composite coating. The experimental results show that the depositing rate of coating will decrease with the increasing of the rare earth mass concentration, the best mass concentration being 0.10 g/L. After heat treatment, Mg17Ce2, Ni3P and Ce2Ni7 will form in the coating. Ni-P-CeO2 coating can increase the wear resistance of AZ 91D alloy by 25.28 times, its resistance to salt corrosion can be enhanced by 8.26 times, and the resistance to acid corrosion can be increased by 12.79 times.
