作为非正式制度的习惯规范,是农业雇工市场的制度基础,它有效地维护了农业雇工市场的日常运转。雇主群体和雇工群体在农业雇工市场上的交互博弈是习惯规范的生发机制,而主雇之间达成的契约信用机制是它得以有效实施的保障措施。
As an informal institution, customary rule serves as the institutional foundation for agricultural labor market and safeguards the operation of the market. The game between employers and employees in the agricultural labor market is the generative mechanism of customary rule while contracts between employers and employees and the credit system secure the effective implementation of customary rule.
