摘要 本文基于多层次灰色理论,对科技资源整合效果的综合评价问题进行了研究。将科技资源细分为人才、资金、设备、项目、成果及科技机构等6部分,并基于此构建了科技资源整合效果评价指标体系;针对指标所体现出的"灰色"特征,运用多层次灰色评价法构建了科技资源整合效果评价模型。最后,结合具体算例,阐明了对科技资源整合效果进行综合评价的必要性及意义。 Based on Multi-level Grey System Theory,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation of effects of scientific and technological resource integration. It divides science and technology resources into six kinds, including intelligent,fund, equipment, program, scientific and technological achievement and scientific and technological institution,and constructs the index system to evaluate effects of scientific and technological resource integration. Then, it establishes the evaluation model of effects of scientific and technological resource integration by using the multilevel grey evaluation method according to the grey characteristics showed by the indexes. Finally,it gives some necessaries and meanings about the comprehensive evaluation of effects of scientific and technological resource integration.
