摘要
介绍了大同晋华宫选煤厂煤泥水系统和絮凝剂加药系统的特点,并就原煤灰分变化对絮凝剂用量的影响作了详细阐述。通过试验,总结出加药剂方案的调整原则,并采用不同剂量的絮凝剂降低了循环水的浓度,实现了煤泥厂内回收及洗水闭路循环。
Characteristics of muddy water system and flocculant medicine system in Datong Jinhuagong Coal Preparation Plant were introduced in this paper. Effect of changing raw coal ash to flocculant dosage was expounded in detail. Adopting different flocculant dose to reduce density of circulating water and adjustment principle with medicine scheme were summarized through testing. Recovery of coal slime and closed circulation of water were realized in coal preparation plant.
