摘要
在腈纶纤维产品成本结构中,能耗成本所占的比例仅次于化工料,其可控程度远高于人工成本等费用,腈纶生产过程中的余热综合利用是节能降耗的一个重要途径。文章着重介绍了生产装置通过技术改造,将废热水和凝结水的余热与水量回收综合利用,达到降低产品能耗、提高经济效益的目的。
