摘要
Wisconsin卡片分类试验(Wisconsin card sorting test,WCST)是一种临床神经心理测试工具。WCST计算机化的必要性:1、传统的WCST可因不同主试间的主观因素造成测试结果的人为差异。2、在对研究对象进行PET脑功能显像时,使用传统的WCST作为认知激活介入是不行的。电脑版WCST(中文版)的设计要求及性能指标:1、设计要求:使用简便;客观评估被试的测试结果;结果记录及分析快速化、自动化,提高工作效率。2、性能指标:屏幕显示、声音和图式(中文)指导和反馈;自动记录、储存并分析结果;打印测试报告。可使用智能操作器上的按键操作。软件开发:在WindowsNT环境下开发,使用Visual Basic4.0语言编程。智能操作器的设计:设计专用的智能操作器,通过RS232口和主机相连,既方便了各种体位下的被试使用,也使计算机操作不会对被试造成测试误差。智能操作器使用ATMEL的8位单片机atmell200来实现。软件编程使用汇编语言。软件的工作,主要是模拟232串行口部分和对按键的处理程序。结论:电脑版Wisconsin卡片分类试验(中文版)形象直观;操作简单;测试结果客观;结果分析快速化;加用智能操作器的按键选择操作,可满足研究对象在采取特殊体位,进行脑PET检查时认知激活介入脑功能显像的要求。
Wisconsin card sorting test (WCST) is a clinical neuropsychologic test. The Reason of Developing Computerize Version WCST: 1 ,, The different result of traditional WCST may be created because of different researchers. 2,Traditional WCST can't be used as a cognitive activation tool during PET brain functional imaging. The Design Requirements and property Characters of computerized Version WCST (Chinese Version ); 1, Design Requirements: using simply; evaluating test result objectively ; Recording and analyzing rapidly, automatically. 2, Property characters displaying on screen, guiding and feedback in Chinese voice and graph;result recording and analyzing automatically;test report printing; push - button operating on intelligence apparatus. Software Development: developing on windows NT, programming using Visual Basic 4. 0 Designing of intelligence apparatus; designing a special intelligence apparatus,connecting it to computer through RS232 port. Achieving this target by using 8 bit microcontroller(atmell200 of ATMEL); programming software using assembly language, simulating 232 serial port and handling program of push - button by the software. Conclusion Computerized Version Wisconsin card sorting test (Chinese Version)is easy to operate,acquire results objectively, analyze results rapidly;and it can be used as a cognitive activation tool during PET brain functional imaging research by using push -button operation of intelligence apparatus.
