成都市郊县农村人群龋病流行病学调查

Epidemiological Investigation of Dental Caries among the People in Rural Area of Chengdu

目的调查成都市郊县地区农村人群的患龋情况,为龋病防治提供依据。方法按世界卫生组织推荐的口腔健康流行病学调查方法,随机抽取成都市郊县地区农村居民378名进行口腔健康检查,采用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果该地区人群的患龋率和龋均分别为79.4%和4.1颗,充填率为9.0%,失牙率为30.9%。50-70岁年龄组的患龋率、失牙率高于20-50岁年龄组,差异有统计学意义。结论龋病在成都市郊县农村人群中患病率高,应加强农村地区的龋病防治。

Objective To survey the tooth decay among the people in rural area of Chengdu in order to provide the foundation for prevention and treatment strategies of caries. Methods According to epidemiologie survey and diagnostic code recommended by WHO, the oral status of 378 people in rural area of Chengdu were examined. The data were analyzed by SPSS13.0 statistical software. Results The prevalence of caries and mean decayed missing filled tooth were 79.4% and 4.1, the rate of filled tooth was 9.0% , the rate of missed tooth was 30.9%. The prevalence of caries and the rate of missed tooth of people aged 50 -70 was significantly higher than that of people aged 20 - 50. Conclusion The prevalence of dental caries among the people in rural area of Chengdu is high. The preventive measures of dental caries in rural area should be emphasized.
