为切实提高医学本科生在肿瘤科实习期间的临床教学质量,我们应该加强师资力量的培训,并结合肿瘤科的专科特色,理论联系实际,开展启发式教学,进一步培养学生的科学思维能力。

We should strengthen the faculty＇s diathesis to cultivate medical undergraduates＇ thinking capability in order to improve clinical teaching quality about them in the period of clinical practice in oncotogy by learning knowledge of oneology, integrating theory with practice and heuristics teaching.
