藏传佛教寺院僧人养老模式研究——以塔尔寺为例

Research into Monks Pension Model in Tibetan Buddhist Temple——A Case Study of Kumbum Temple

藏传佛教寺院养老模式可称为"在寺养老",其又分为居舍养老和敬老院养老两种形式。通过对藏传佛教寺院养老文化的透视,我们认为居舍养老类似于现代社会中居家养老,它孕育于藏传佛教文化和藏族传统文化之中,是最适合自身文化传统的养老模式。

Tibetan Buddhist monk＇s pension model can be called ＂providing for the aged in the temple＂, which can be further divided into two kinds, ＂dorm -living model＂ and ＂Temple Care - home -living model＂. Based on a review of the culture of the Tibetan Buddhist temple pension, it is easy to see that the ＂dorm -living model＂ is similar to modem society＇ s community home pension, which originates in the soil of the Tibetan Buddhist culture and the Tibetan traditional culture; therefore, it is the pattern which suits best to its cultural tradition.
