摘要
在分析国内外港口能源消耗量统计方法的基础上,针对我国港口特点和企业能源消耗统计现状,首次选用典型调查方法,按照新制定的统计原则,取得典型企业能耗数据;通过加权平均方法,获得典型企业能源单耗指标;再利用港口统计制度中的分货类港口吞吐量数据,得出港口能耗总量。该方法既能与原有统计制度相衔接,又能够满足当前国家、行业加强节能减排工作对港口能源统计的需求,将为掌握港口行业的能源消耗情况及制定节能政策提供强有力的数据支撑和技术保证。
Based on a series of researches on the statistical methods for energy consumption, in view of the port characteristics and present situation of enterprise energy consumption statistics in China, a new method named the typical investigation method was proposed for the calculation of port energy consumption of typical enterprises, under the newly made statistical principle. The unit energy consumption of typical enterprises was computed by the weighted average method, and then the total port energy consumption amount was calculated by the unit energy consumption and relevant throughput. This method can not only join well with the original statistical system, but also meet the demands of energy saving and emission reduction. Thus it lays a sound basis for grasping the status of energy consumption of port industry and making the energy saving policy.
