摘要
为研究橡胶防护件对闸门的防护性能,对不同尺寸及不同保护层材料的橡胶防护件进行了系列基本力学性能试验和破坏性试验,为实际应用的选型提供了依据。进一步在实际选用的试件上进行了倾斜一定角度、剪切、扭转和双向加载试验,并与单向垂直受压加载的试验结果进行了比较,试验结果表明螺栓孔处容易出现裂缝。经对螺栓孔处的结构进行改进后,上述现象明显好转。该种护防护件目前已应用于江苏省皂河三线船闸和泗阳三线船闸,应用效果较好。
The series fundamental mechanical properties and damage testing of rubber defender with different protective layer and size has been made. The experimental results can be used to illustrate the defender performance. In order to provide a proof for type selection of real defender, the inclining, shearing, torsion and bi-directional load testing has been carried out, the results of which were compared with that with unidirectional perpendicular load. It is shown that there exist cracks in the area of bolt hole. The situation turns better through innovation to the structure of bolt hole. This kind of fender has been applied to Zaohe third-lane lock and Siyang third-lane lock in Jiangsu province, and has achieved good results.
