The successful implementation of the structure repair and strengthening engineering of Hong Kong Jiannidicheng Dock of China Merchants Holdings International, and the high-piled wharf in Shenzhen Mawan Port Area is the first successful example of large-scale rehabilitation and strengthening project. The technical inspection and supervision in the process of project construction are expounded, which may serve as references for similar engineering projects.
