压电弯曲元件的长度对其特性影响的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 研制了一种新型的压电弯曲元件,作为新型压电泵的电-机械转换器。该元件为3层结构,上下两层为压电陶瓷材料PZT-5H,中间弹性层为铍青铜。利用激光测试仪LC-2400A及LV-1610对压电弯曲元件的输出位移、位移滞环、蠕变量及基频等特性进行测量,对压电弯曲元件的长度尺寸与其静、动态特性间的关系进行分析。实验结果表明,压电弯曲元件的长度尺寸对其静动态特性的影响明显。 A new type of piezoelectric bender used as the electric-machine converter in the piezoelectric pump has been developed. The device has a trilamellar structure with the Be--Cu elastic interlayer sandwiched between two PZT-5H piezoelectric layers on both sides. The characteristics of piezoelectric bender including the outputting displacement, the displacement hysteretic loop,creep and the fundamental resonance frequency are investigated by the laser measure laser distance measuring instrument of LC-2400A and LV-1610. The length-static and dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric bender relationships are analyzed. The results show that the length of piezoelectric bender has obvious effects on its characteristics directly.
