On Modification of Shaft Furnace System of SCR4500 Rod Mill

江西铜业集团公司铜材有限公司分别于2003、2006年从美国南线公司引进了SCR3000、SCR4500两条连铸连轧生产线,本文结合多年生产实践经验,就SCR4500中碰到的一系列实际问题,与SCR3000做比较,进行全面分析,并就这些新问题逐一进行了生产设备及工艺改进,克服了前期该生产线操作或设计中的一些缺陷,保障了该生产线稳定生产。

JCC Copper Products Company Ltd. introduces two SCR rod mill systems from Southwire USA in 2003 and 2006 respectively. Based on production experiences in the past years, this article makes a comprehensive analysis on a series of problems occurred. Modifications are made on production equipement and process to overcome some shortcoming in production line operation and design so as to secure stability of the lines.
