摘要
介绍了一种基于ARM的智能总线气动阀门定位器控制系统的基本组成、系统结构、硬件设计以及控制策略。系统采用基于ARM7内核的LPC2290作为控制系统的核心,首次将主控参数引入定位器系统,应用自学习模糊PID控制策略,通过CAN总线协议实现总线通信,实现了阀门的准确定位。
This paper introduces the hardware structure and the position control strategy of a valve locator based on ARM microcontroller. The system adopts LPC2290 based on ARM7 - TDMI as the core of control system, introduces the main parameters into system of locator and controls it under the Fuzzy - PID method with an independent CAN communication so as to achieve an accurate positioning of valves.
