学术腐败作为一种社会现象实际是社会腐败在学术研究领域的表现。学术腐败定义比较宽泛,主要是指违法、违纪违规和违反学术道德。学术腐败的治理对策的制定应充分考虑中国国情,目前有效的对策应从舆论监督、加强法治、完善制度、综合治理、改善教育等方面和环节入手。

Academic corruption as a social phenomenon is actually the expression of corrupt society in the field of academic study. The definition of academic corruption is broad, which mainly includes illegal activity, violations of the law and discipline and violations of academic ethics. And the countermeasures of academic corruption should be full consideration of China＇s actual condition. Under the existing circumstances, the effective countermeasures should be start with the aspects as following, public opinion, strengthening the legal system, perfecting rules, multipurpose control and improving education,etc.
