摘要
按照构建社会主义和谐社会的总体要求,确定农村社会保障的"度",并合理界定,妥善处理农村社会保障的突出矛盾,协调多方利益,齐心协力共建适应和谐社会的农村社会保障制度,是建设和谐社会主义新农村需要深入研究的课题。
According to the requirement of construction of harmonious society of socialism, determing the ＂degree＂ of rural social security with reasonable definition, properly handling the outstanding conflicts of rural social security, coordinating benefits among multi-sides, and building harmonious society of rural social security system with concerted efforts, are topics of construction of new countryside of harmonious socialist which need thorough research.
