探寻宁波民居聚落在利用环境、协调环境、保护生态等方面的积极意义,分析现代聚落变迁的原因和传统聚落继承的基本原则;提出要对民居传统文化继承、创新、发展,给古老民居以新生,必须做到历史与现代兼容,时间和空间关联,建筑以人为本,努力创造富有宁波地域特色的优美舒适的人居环境。

The thesis attaches importance to how settlements use, coordinate and protect the environment as well as the ecosystem. It also analyzes the changes of modem settlement and some principles followed by the traditional settlement. Thus, it provides a new thinking of sustainable development in the construction of the human-living environment. In conclusion, it puts forward the author＇s personal standpoint of the innovation and development of the local dwelling architectural culture under the modern living conditions; it combines the ancient styles with the modern one; it indicates a link between space and time. In short, the paper tries to provide the enlightenment and the train of thoughts for modem construction design to create a beautiful and comfortable living surroundings with the characteristics of Ningbo.
