摘要
人与人的交际并非只是通过语言,大部分的信息是通过非言语交际来传递的。非言语交际在各个领域都显示出重要性。文章以非言语交际和劝说的理论为基础,分析这些非言语交际理论在商务劝说中的作用及其意义,同时阐述了跨文化交际中的劝说以及性别差异和商务劝说的密切联系。
People not only communicate through language but also exchange information through nonverbal codes. Nonverbal communication plays an important role in a lot of areas. This essay introduces the theories of nonverbal communication and persuasion and explains its functions and significance in business persuasion. Besides, persuasion in intercultural communication has been mentioned. Finally, the essay states differences of persuasion between male and female.
