"门"、"秀"作为词缀来源于英语,意义虚化成为类后缀,这种现象在现代汉语里不太常见。"门"、"秀"进入汉语后,经过汉语系统规则的改造,意义逐渐虚化,构词时位置趋于固定,处于汉语构词语素和词缀的"中间状态"。
The suffixes ＂-gate＂ and＂-show＂ are English, of which the meanings have faded. Such phenomena are seldom seen in modern Chinese. When they came into Chinese, they have undergone a systematic alteration, tended to he stable in formation of words, and they are in the middle status between the word forming morphemes.
