摘要 氧氯化锆是一种重要的基础锆化合物产品,可作为多种锆化合物及金属锆铪产品的生产原料,对整个行业发展非常重要,但其生产过程产生大量"三废"物质,虽然近年来生产工艺和"三废"治理与综合利用技术有较大改进,但处理效果仍离国家和社会的要求有一定距离,因此,实现循环经济,开展清洁生产是行业发展趋势和企业的最终选择。 Being a kind of important and basic zirconium compound product, zirconium oxychloride can act as a raw material for many kinds of zirconium compounds as well as metal zirconium and hafnium products. Therefore, it has significant impact on the development of the whole trade. In its course of production, there brings out large quantities of waste gas, waste liquid and waste solid. Although many significant improvements have been made on its processing technique and on the technique of control and comprehensive utilization of the "three wastes" materials in recent years, the ongoing processing effect still cannot come up to the national and social requirements. On this account, achieving recycle economy and launching clean production should be the trend of development and the final choice of any an enterprise.
