人参当归颗粒剂中挥发油的提取及包合工艺研究

摘要 目的探讨人参当归颗粒剂中挥发油提取及包合的最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交设计试验,以挥发油总质量为评价提取工艺的指标,以包合物收率、挥发油包合率为评价包合工艺的指标。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为药材加6倍量水、浸泡1h、加热至沸腾回流8h,挥发油的最佳包合工艺为挥发油与β-环糊精按1∶6投料、包合温度45℃、磁力搅拌2h。结论所优选的最佳提取工艺和包合工艺稳定、可行。 Objective To screen the optimized process condition for extraction of volatile oils and preparation of β- CD inclusion compound in Renshen Danggui Granules. Methods The total weight of volatile oils was used to evaluate the extraction process and the recovery rate of inclusion compound, while the inclusion rate of volatile oils was used to evaluate the inclusion process. Orthogonal design was applied. Results The optimum extraction condition was to add six times amount of water into the mixture of crude drugs, to soak for 1 h, heat up to boiling and reflux 8 h; the optimum inclusion condition was to mix volatile oils with β- CD in proportion of 1:6, the inclusion temperature was at 45 ℃ with the inclusion time of 2 h. Conclusion Above condition of process is rational and stable in extraction and inclusion of Renshen Danggui Granules.
