我院2005—2007年降血糖药使用情况分析

Analysis of Hypoglycemic Drugs Use in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2007

目的了解医院降血糖药的使用情况及用药趋势,促进临床合理用药。方法对浙江省宁波市镇海炼化医院20052007年各类降血糖药的用药频度(DDDs)、用药金额、日均费用(DDDc)进行统计分析。结果3年内降血糖药用量及使用金额逐年增长,其中以口服降血糖药为主。结论该院降血糖药的应用基本合理。

Objective To evaluate the use status and druguse trend of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital in order to provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods To statistically analyze DDDs, sales volumes and DDDe of hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007. Results The varieties quantities and sales volumes of hypoglycemic drugs increased year by year, while oral hypoglycemic drugs were the leading drugs in our hospital. Conclusion The use of hypoglycemic drugs is approximate rational in recent 3 years.
