单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠辅治新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病30例 被引量:13

摘要 目的观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的辅助治疗作用。方法将60例HIE患儿随机均分为两组,对照组给予常规营养脑细胞药物胞二磷胆碱等对症支持治疗,治疗组加用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠20mg/d静脉滴注,两组疗程均为10d。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.67%和73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.41,P<0.05);治疗组和对照组治疗10d后新生儿20项神经行为评分办法(NBNA)评分分别为(39.62±3.71)分和(36.80±3.25)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=3.12,P<0.01)。结论单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠辅助治疗HIE疗效满意,值得推广。
