头孢菌素类抗生素致尿毒症患者抽搐发作12例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Convulsive Seizures Caused by Using Cephalosporins in 12 Uremic Patients

目的探讨头孢菌素类抗生素致尿毒症患者抽搐发作的机制、预防及处理。方法回顾性分析12例尿毒症患者因应用头孢菌素类抗生素并发抽搐的临床资料。结果12例抽搐发作的患者中,应用头孢他啶2例、头孢曲松1例、头孢替唑钠1例、头孢吡肟8例,所有患者经停药和对症处理后,抽搐症状均于72h内缓解。结论对于应用头孢菌素类抗生素的尿毒症患者,应高度警惕抽搐发作,早期诊断、及时停药和进行血液透析治疗可大大改善预后。

Objective To explore the mechanism, prevention and treatment of convulsive seizures caused by using cephalosporins in the uremic patients. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 12 uremic patients with convulsion seizures after using cephalosporins. Results Among 12 cases, there were 2 cases for ceftazidime, 1 for ceftriaxone, 1 for ceflezole sodium and 8 for cefepime. All the patients＇ symptoms were mitigated in 72 h after drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment. Conclusion We should keep fully alert against convulsions when using cephalosporins for uremic patients. Early diagnosis, timely drug withdrawal and hemodialysis can greatly improve the prognosis for the patients.
