摘要
研究表明:冠状动脉侧枝循环、内质网应激蛋白的增加、心肌环氧合酶-2活性增加、心肌热休克蛋白增加、线粒体ATP敏感性钾通道以及一氧化氮增加等可能不是完成运动诱导心肌细胞保护作用所必需的分子;肌纤维膜ATP敏感性钾通道可能在运动诱导心肌细胞保护作用;运动诱导心肌抗氧化能力提高可能在运动诱导心肌细胞保护起着重要的作用。可见运动诱导心肌细胞保护可能是多种心肌细胞保护分子相互适应的协调结果,潜在分子机制仍需进一步研究。
Coronary artery collateral circulation, increased endoplasmic reticulum stress protein, increased myocardial cyelooxygenase-2's activity, increased myocardial heat shock protein, potassium channels of mitochondria ATP sensitivity and carbon monoxide increasing may not be the integrant factors of cardio protection induced by exercise; the sarcolemma potassium channels of mitochondria ATP sensitivity may induced the cardio protection in exercise; antioxidant capacity plays an important role in cardio protection induced by exercise. So, the exercise induced cardio protection is a coordinate result from interadaptation of multiple cardio protective molecules, and the potential molecules' mechanism need to be studied further.
