完善江汉油田HSE管理体系的几点认识

Some Views about Improving HSE Management System in Jianghan Oil Field

针对江汉油田推行HSE管理以来,目前在HSE管理观念、认识以及体制等方面存在的问题,在分析这些问题产生的主、客原因的基础上,提出只有坚持企业领导重视和全员参与、强化HSE管理的执行力、持续完善HSE管理体系、逐步实施HSE文化管理的原则,油田HSE管理才能取得满意效果的几点认识。

Jianghan Oil Field has carried out the HSE management for many years, but at present,there are still many problems in the HSE management concepts as well as the understanding of the system. The existenee of these problems has its subjective and objective reasons. This paper considers that the oil field has to solve these problems of the HSE management system by adhering to the leadership of the enterprise and the full participation of all employees, to strengthening the implementation of the HSE management, to insisting on the improvement of the HSE management system, and to implementing the HSE management culture step by step.
