2009年国家有关部门对进出口贸易管制措施进行了部分调整,同时因税则调整,部分贸易管制商品编码也相应发生了变化。
China has revised its import and export trade supervision policy. The refi nements will make China’s foreign trade regulatory environment more effective in coping with the growing impact of the global economic crisis. In 2009, China will try all manner of measures to spur its economy to grow at a forecast rate of 7.5%. In contrast, the global economy is forecast to grow at a disheartening rate of 0.9% according to the World Bank’s newest World Development Report , and the developed world, led by the United States, is about to go into a recession. The developing countries as a group will grow at 4.5%,down from 7.9% in 2008. To attain its impressive goal, China will work to tackle many diffi culties. As the flow of money across borders slows to a near standstill, more countries are concentrating on domestic demand rather than outside markets. This has troubled many countries heavily reliant on imports, including China. And the global f inancial crisis has already hurt the real economy. As its impact grows, increasing numbers of Chinese processing trade f irms have closed down, and the Chinese government has been doing its utmost to help enterprises through policy ref inements, says Wu Genping, an off icial from GACC. Experts from China Customs give an in-depth and accurate analysis here on the adjustment of the country’s foreign trade regulations.
