摘要 《中华人民共和国禁毒法》实施一年来,落实禁种、禁制、禁贩、禁吸的禁毒工作方针使禁毒工作取得了较好的效果。运用卫星遥感、人工踏查、动员社会力量和发挥刑事技术作用等各种手段,发现违禁种植毒品原植物,是彻底铲除毒品原植物在新疆境内种植的前提条件。上述四种手段的综合运用,相互补充,将在新疆禁毒工作中发挥重要的作用。 "Narcotics Control Law of P.R.C." has been implemented for one year, which carries narcotics control work policy of banning planting, selling, producing, trafficking and abusing. out the It has obtained a good effect. Using the satellite remote sensing and man-made reconnaissance, mobilizing the social strength and exerting the criminal technology are to discover the original plants under prohibition, which is the prerequisite of eradication of original narcotics plants in Xinjiang. The synthesis of above four methods supplemented mutually, and will play the vital role in narcotics control work of Xinjiang.
