摘要
在蚕丝生产中,对蚕种的家蚕微粒子病检测是十分重要的,但在检测中的人工占用却相当大。为此,设计了一套利用ARM技术、传感器技术及自动控制技术的全自动磨蛾设备,可以自动加料,磨蛾,清洗刀具,出液,传输到检测台,在检测过程中采用DSP技术的视频镜检系统,并且可以辅助完成自动识别和记录检测过程的可疑图像,也可以远程控制和传送图像数据。该系统可以极大地节省人工,提高效率,给出了电路的设计原理图、部分电路图和程序框图。
In the silk production,examining silkworm ill(Nosema bombycis Naegeli) is important,but in the examination, more person work are needed. A set of full auto- smash silkworm moth equipment using ARM technique, sensor technique and auto control technique is designed ,it can auto add to silkworm moth, smash silkworm moth, clean the knife, out of liquid, deliver to examination set,in the examination process, adopting video frequency mirror checking system of DSP teehnique can complete auto identify with record examination process of suspicious portrait,it can also with long range control and transmission portrait data. Person work can be saved, high- efficiency can be improved. This paper gives the diagram, parts of electric circuit diagram and procedure frame of the design principle of electric circuit diagram.
