Through the analysis of the problems existing in the computer basic course teaching, this article illustrates the goal of teaching is to improve the quality of the students . The goal is achieved by combining the subjects with the different majors . Teachers should use all kinds of means to improve the efficiency of teaching . They should also pay great attention to the teaching of basic theory which serves different specialties of students .
