With the rapid development of information technology, the network intbrmation security technology has affected the politics of society , economic, cultural and military fields, Campus networks as the main tools for constructing the Information Campus has become a problem that colleges and universities can not be ignored. This paper discusses the definition of net- work security, the impact factors and the countermeasures for the basis of the campus network safety .
