CT Guided Biopsy and Treatment of Thoracic and Abdominal Disease (Reports 40 Cases)

目的：评价CT引导下穿刺活检诊治胸腹部疾患的临床应用价值。材料与方法：40例中，包括胸部30例和腹部10例。CT扫描确定穿刺点，局麻进针。CT再次扫描确认达预定位置后，进行活检、抽吸或注药，其中活检13例。结果：13例活检除2例无结果外，11例有明确组织学诊断，诊断正确率85％。无并发症出现。结论：CT引导下胸腹部穿刺活检及介入性治疗安全有效，并发症极少，提供了另一种临床治疗手段。

purpose: To evaluate the effects of CT guided biopsy and treatment of thoracic and abdominal disease. Materials and methods: Forty patients were studied including 30 thoracic disease and 10 abdominal disease. The puncture points were chosen under CT guidience. After inserting needle, CT scan proved that the needle was in the place. Then biopsy, aspiration or administration were done. Thirteen of them were done biopsy. Results: Eleven of thirteen patients had definitive histological diagnosis, the accuracy of biopsy was 85%, no severe complications were observed. Conclution: CT guided biopsy and treatment of thoracic and abdominal disease are safe and effective, with rare complications. It provides another clinical therapy.
