弓形虫急慢性感染的生物学基础及其研究进展

摘要 弓形虫是一种条件致病原虫,可造成人体急性和慢性感染。本文针对弓形虫急、慢性感染的生物学基础,从体外条件、人体的免疫力、特异性蛋白、中间体、离子通道和传导通路等方面综述了速殖子与缓殖子的相互转化及其可能的机制。
