GSTM1基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症易感性的相关性研究

摘要 【目的】探讨谷胱甘肽S转移酶M1(GSTMI)基因多态性与子宫内膜异位症(EM)易感性的关系。【方法】应用内参照PCR技术检测96例Eros患者和88例对照妇女的GsTM1基因型。【结果】病例组GSTMI(-)频率为65.6%(63/96),对照组为45.5%(40/88),两组之间有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),其OR值为2.29(95%CI为1.27-4.15),具有GsTM1(-)的个体患Eros的危险性增加1.29倍;病例组中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者的GSTM1(-)频率无显著性差异(P〉0.05),Ⅰ-Ⅱ期与对照组也无显著性差异(P〉0.05),但Ⅲ-Ⅳ期患者与对照组有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。【结论】GSTM1基因多态性与Eros易感性有关,GSTM1(-)可能参与了Eros的致病过程。 [Objective]To study the relationship between glutathione S-transferase M1 (GSTM1) gene polymorphism and susceptibility to endometriosis (EM). [Methods]The GSTM1 genetypes of 96 patients with EM and 88 controls were detected by multiple PCR techniques. [Results]The frequency of GSTMI(-) was 65.6 % (63/96) in the patients and 45.5 % (40/88)in controls, and the difference was statistically significant ( P d0.01). The odds ratio was 2.29(95%CI=1.27~4. 15) ,which suggested that the person with GSTMI(-) had 1.29 times of increased risk of EM. The difference in the frequency of GSTM1 (-) was not significant between the patients with Ⅰ-Ⅱand patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ( P 〉0.05), also between the patients with Ⅰ-Ⅱ and the control ( P 〉0. 05), but the difference was statistically significant between the patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ and the control( P〈0. 01). [Conclusion] There is a remarkable relationship between GSTM1 gene polymorphism and susceptibility to EM, which is a possible involvement of GSTM1 (-) in the development of EM.
