摘要
建立科学的评价指标体系是提高本科教育质量的重要手段。美国全国高等教育管理系统中心开发的本科教育良好实践指标体系在美国高教界具有广泛的影响。本文详细分析了其产生背景、管理哲学、测量方法、测量量表以及应用效果、成功经验等,希望能够对我国的本科教育评估工作有所启示。
Building an evaluation system based on sound indicators is one of the most important ways to enhancing the quality of undergraduate education. As is known to all, the successful implementation of "Indicators of Good Practice in Undergraduate Education", developed by National Center for Higher Education Management Systems (NCHEMS), has a deep impact on the reform of higher education in the USA. In this article, the authors analyze the background, management philosophy, assessment method, detailed indicators and practice experience of GP theory, in hope of enlightening assessment work in China.
