芬兰赫尔辛基大学的内部质量保障探究

A Study on the Internal Quality Assurance System of the University of Helsinki

随着全球高等教育质量保障运动的不断发展,建立与完善高等院校的内部质量保障机制已成为许多国家保证教育质量、提高社会声誉、增强国际竞争力的重要手段。本文通过分析北欧高校内部质量保障的特点,着重介绍芬兰赫尔辛基大学的内部保障体系,以及赫尔辛基大学最新内部教学质量评估标准制定的理念,旨在为我国高校内部质量保障机制的建设与发展提供借鉴和参考。

With the worldwide development of quality assurance of higher education, many countries have considered establishing or improving the mechanism of internal quality assurance within universities an important means for assuring education quality, improving reputation and sharpening their competitive edge in the world. The paper begins by introducing the general features of quality assurance system within higher education institutions in Nordic countries and proceeds to focus on the framework of internal quality assurance at University of Helsinki. The article is expected to provide reference for the development of internal quality assurance system in Chinese higher education institutions.
