摘要
观察了重组人睫状神经营养因子(rhCNTF)对大鼠胶质瘤C6细胞粘附性和细胞膜流动性的影响。发现200ng/ml~2000ng/mlrhCNTF可使C6细胞在层粘蛋白基质上的粘附性显著降低,细胞膜流动性增加。结果表明,rhCNTF对C6细胞的生长抑制作用可能与其改变瘤细胞膜及表面结构物质有关。
This study was designed to observe the effects of recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor(rhCNTF)on the cell adhesiveness and cell membrane fluidity of rat glioma C 6 cell line. The results showed that the adhesiveness of C 6 cells to laminin substrate as obviously inhibited by rhCNTF 200 ng/ml~2000 ng/ml. The cell membrane fluidity increased markedly after rhCNTF treatment. We think that the effects of rhCNTF on the proliferation of rat glioma C 6 cell might be related to the changes of the outward structure of the cell membrane, and it may play a potential role as a cellular regulator in the treatment of glioma.
