摘要
运用霍兰德职业能力人格测验,对不同学科类型在校大学生进行测试,以探讨不同维度下大学生的职业能力人格的特点。
This article tests the university students in different subjects by Holland personality test of professional ability, and probes into the characteristics of university students＂ professional ability personalities under different dimensions.
