摘要
劳务派遣在劳动合同法正式实施之后,被广泛运用到人力资源管理中,甚至成为一些用人单位常态的用工形式。这源于其本身的局限性和不成熟,以及法律法规的疏漏。文章在分析存在的问题、评析现有法律的基础上,提出一些完善劳务派遣的个人见解,以促进该行业的良性发展。
After the formal implementation of labor contract law, labor assignment has been widely applied to human resources management, and even become the norm form of employment. This stems from its own limitations and immature, as well as oversight of laws and analysis of the basis of existing laws, some personal op regulations. Based on the analysis of existing problems, inions on perfecting labor assignment were put forwards to promote the sound development of the industry.
