要当前形势下,科技创新已处于国家竞争的核心地位,在科技创新系统中,科技中介子系统的地位日益突出,越来越发挥着重要的功能:降低成本、沟通主体、委托代理、监督规范等,而我国科技中介组织发展不足,需要完善体系、加强管理。

Under the current situations, scientific innovation has become the key for a nation＇s competitiveness. The sub -system of intermediary organizations has become increasingly important in the system of scientific innovation and plays a significant role in cost control, principal part of communication, principal agency, and regulation on supervision norms. However, the intermediary organizations for science and technology in China are underdeveloped which demand us to strengthen the management and perfect its system.
