基于催化重汽油选择性加氢脱硫装置压缩机ESD紧急停车系统的研究

摘要 以中国石化股份公司长岭分公司的30×104t/a催化重汽油选择性加氢脱硫装置为例,阐述了保护压缩机的控制方案:采用了润滑油压低低三选二的紧急停车控制方案、电机定子温度高高联锁停机方案、润滑油压低不允许启动压缩机等控制方案.根据现场情况、及操作习惯将ESD系统安装在中控室内,便于工人操作及监控压缩机的运行状态.表1,参5. The ESD emergency stopping control system is an important control system, which is independent of DCS system, and is an important part of automation control device. This paper took the 30 × 10^4 t/a heavy gasoline selective catalytic hydrodesulfurization unit as an example , which was situated at China Petrochemical Corporation Changling Company, the control scheme for compressor protection was described as follows: Adopting the emergency stopping control scheme for the two times of three overlow alarms of lubricant pressure, adopting the interlock shutdown scheme for the overhigh motor stator temperature,adopting the control schemes such as compressor startup was not allowed when the lubricant pressure was low. According to the field situation and the operation manner, the ESD system was installed in control room in order that workers can operate and monitor the compressor. 1 tab. ,5refs.
