摘要
应用Nissl法和Golgi法观测了正常大鼠(1组)及脑缺血30min,60min,90min大鼠(2,3,4组)的海马神经元的形态及密度。结果表明:缺血后海马内大部分神经元出现胞体严重空泡化,树突结节化,树突棘脱落。随着缺血时间延长,各种变化加剧。3、4组海马的神经元密度明显小于1,2组(P<0.01),而在Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组之间及Ⅲ组与Ⅳ组之间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。本文对神经元的缺血损伤机理,神经元形态变化对海马功能的影响等进行了讨论。
SD rats were divided into control(1) and experimental (2,3,4) groups.group 2,3,4 were dealt with by 30,60,90 min bilateral common carotid arteries occlusion respectively.The morphology and density of neurons in all rats′ hippocampus were studied by Nissl method and Golgi method.The results are as follows: Most of neurons showed bubblization in body, tuberclization in dendrite, and many spines of dendrite dislocated after cerebral ischemia.The variations were aggravated as ischemia prolonged.The neuronal densities of hippocampal areas of group 3,4 were obviously smaller than that of group 1,2 ( P <0 01).Whereas, there was no significant difference between either group 1 and 2 or group 3 and 4 ( P >0 05).The mechanism of ischemia induced damages of neurons and the effects of morphologic changes on the hippocampal functions were discussed in this paper.
