汽车同步器锥环斜孔加工夹具的设计

摘要 通过加工工艺的分析,详细阐述了同步器锥环斜孔加工钻孔夹具的结构设计、组成及工作原理,指明分度板和对定器结构是结构设计的新颖之处。实践证明,该夹具设计合理,加工效果好,是经济实用的工艺装备。 Based on the analysis of the processing technology of synchronization Part,The structure design and the component and the working principle of The fixture with machining tilted hole of Synchronization Part was described in detail,The structure of graduator and fixing device were new and original in the fixture structure designed. The practice proves that the structure design is reasonable,and good process result, the fixture is a technology equipment of economy in synchronization Part manufacture.
