Defect Detection about Beer Bottle Mouth Based on Image Processing Technique

提出一种利用图像处理来检测啤酒瓶瓶口的方法,以代替手工操作,提高检精度和速度。该方法采用合适的打光方式,通过线阵CCD得到啤酒瓶瓶口的图像,再经过预处理及分割,最后判断啤酒瓶瓶口的缺陷,获得了比较理想的效果。

In this paper, a method of beer bottle mouth inspection based on image processing is proposed, which replaces handwork and improves inspection precision and rapidity. Through an appropriate lighting system, the image of beer bottle mouth is firstly obtained with a linear CCD sensor, and the bottle mouth image is preprocessed and segmented. Finally, the defect is detected, and a desired effect is created.
