摘要
从退火炉的结构、控制系统以及传热模型等方面,综述了全氢罩式炉的发展与现状。指出罩式炉的加热烧嘴由径向布置发展为切向布置、内罩的形式由光面发展为波纹型、冷却系统从单风冷发展为风冷-水冷系统和喷淋冷却系统、控制系统发展成为多级集散控制系统等,这些改进措施,是技术手段的进步,并能进一步提高生产效率。
From the furnace structure, control systems, as well as the areas of heat transfer model, an overview of the entire hydrogen bell-type furnace development and the status quo. Pointed out that the bell-type furnace heated by the radial arrangement of burner to cut to the layout of the development, within the form of cover for the smooth development of corrugated type, cooling system development from a single air-cooled air-cooled - water-cooled system and the spray cooling system, control system developed into a multi-level distributed control system, such as improvements to the progress of the technical means to further improve production efficiency.
