薄层色谱扫描法测定六味地黄浓缩丸中熊果酸含量的不确定度评定

Evaluation of Uncertainty Measurement in the Content Determination of Ursolic Acid in Liuweidihuang Concetrated Pills by TLCS

目的:建立以TLCS法测定六味地黄浓缩丸中熊果酸含量的测量不确定度评定方法。方法:建立含量测定过程的数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,并对含量测定过程中对照品和供试品的因素对含量测定不确定度的影响进行评定。结果:六味地黄浓缩丸中熊果酸含量测定的结果可表示为0.36mg±0.06mg(k=2),合成标准不确定度Uc为0.03mg,相对扩展不确定度Urel为17%。结论:采用本方法建立的数学模型可用于TLCS法含量测定的不确定度的评定。

Objective ： To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of ursolic acid in Liuweidihuang concetrated pills. Method：The mathematics model of the content determination was established,and the sources of the uncertainty in the content determination were analyzed, and the influencing factor of the reference substance and the sample on the uncertainty in the procedure of the content determination were evaluted. Rusults：The expression of the results of the content determination of ursolic acid in Liuweidihuang concetrated pills was 0.36 mg ± 0.06 mg（ k = 2 ）, the combined standed uncertainty Ue was 0. 03 mg, the related expanded uncertainty was 17%. Conclusion：The mathematics model of the evaluation of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliabie.
